SO again - this is not introversion.

"Introversion is the state of being predominantly interested in one's own mental self"
- Merriam Webster Dictionary.
"A person predominantly concerned with their own thoughts and feelings rather than with external things."

Dr Arnold Henjum in "Introversion: A misunderstood "individual difference" among students" even divided introverts into 2 main grups - bold and timid.

So if one feels fear or serious aversion just because he needs to talk to "new people" then we talk about some anxiety disorders, not introversion.

Come on guys, this concept is not so hard to understand.
